I believe I only ever once checked my book rankings on Amazon, many years ago, and I was down in the several millions. Being supremely bored today, I decided to look.
In Women's Short Stories, Shadow Song is #1,168 and New Kaitlyn is #2,151. Those are the only two books I've been actively promoting. All the others, I'm sure, are either waaaay down the list or don't even exist on it. I have no idea how many Women's Short Stories books are even listed on Amazon, but I do know there are at least 2,151. Granted, it's probably one of the easier lists to crack; it's kind of a niche.
Still, it's something.
